Hi, I'm Benji Genise and this is my blog site! I've always wanted to have my own website and personal brand through sports, so I started this blog site to begin growing that by posting my own sports blogs/stories. Along with that, I wanted a way to post my self-taught and self-run college football power ratings that I've been running since 2021. You can read more about me below!

Ever since I was a little kid, sports has been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my mom worked for various college football teams, so I was always around sports from a young age. As I got older, I played numerous sports - namely football, basketball, baseball and golf. Around the time I got to high school, almost all of my free time was spent playing, watching or analyzing sports - particularly football and basketball. I'm currently a student at Iowa State University entering my senior year in sports media and communication, with plans to enter the field of sports media after graduation. Outside of sports, I like to play video games, watch movies and spend time with friends, family and my fiance who you see pictured above and is responsible for some of the design of this site!
