Every Thursday afternoon, I’ll be releasing an in-depth breakdown of my top game of that given week in college football. This week’s game was pretty easy to pick as there’s only one ranked versus ranked matchup, and it’s between two powerhouse programs in Michigan and Oklahoma.

We’re counting down the final 25 days before the college football season by previewing every one of our preseason top 25 teams! With 11 days left until week zero, we continue our previews with my No. 11 team in the country – the Michigan Wolverines.

In order for a team to be conference and national title contenders, they have to have balance on both sides of the ball, being able to lean on either side at times during the year. In this article, we’ll be using the SNAP Model to look at teams from 2024 who were the most balanced, and the ones who may have leaned too heavily on one side or the other, leading to flaws being exposed.
